Employee Appreciation

The Holiday season is once again upon us. As is our tradition, we are launching our drive to collect funds for our annual staff Holiday Gift. California law prohibits employees from receiving cash tips or gifts for the exemplary service they provide each day to our residents. However, the residents, families & professionals are allowed to donate cash gifts for distribution to the staff as a Holiday gift. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to express our gratitude in kind and in spirit for their heartfelt service.

As the Community Relations Director I have worked with many of you closely in a professional capacity. However, you do not get the opportunity to meet many of our hard working “behind the scenes” staff that makes The Gardens at Park Balboa so special and function on an everyday basis. Any gift such as a gift basket, gift card, or any prize to raffle would get greatly appreciated. Any cash gift will be distributed equally amongst our staff. For the purposes of the cash gift, check is the preferred method. Any donation must be received before December 19^th.
