Booster Information

Dear Gardens Residents, Families, & Friends,

We’re happy to announce that we will be holding a clinic for the newest Covid booster.
The clinic will be held on Wednesday, September 21^st at 10am. The new booster is for Both Pfizer and Moderna and insurance will cover the cost.
The booster requires a consent form, which can be picked up at the front desk.
