Second Covid Booster

Dear Gardens Residents, Families, & Friends,

We’re happy to announce that we will be holding a clinic for the second Covid booster, which was recently approved for those ages 50 and up. The clinic will be held on Thursday, May 5 from 9:30-11:00am. Both Pfizer and Moderna boosters will be available and insurance will cover the cost. The booster requires a consent form, which can be picked up at the front desk. Please feel free to call with questions or if there’s anything else we can do.
